What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per model. However, we understand the needs of growing brands and can discuss flexible options for new partnerships. For custom designs with unique specifications, the MOQ may vary.

What is your typical production lead time?

Our standard production lead time is 30-45 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. For repeat orders or simpler designs, we can often expedite production. During peak seasons, lead times may extend slightly, but we always communicate timelines clearly.

Do you offer custom packaging solutions?

Yes, we provide comprehensive custom packaging solutions. Our in-house packaging team can design and produce watch boxes, pouches, gift boxes, and retail packaging with your branding. We also handle all accessories like warranty cards, instruction manuals, and cleaning cloths.

What quality control measures do you have in place?

We implement a rigorous multi-stage quality control process. This includes IQC (Incoming Quality Control) for all components, IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) during assembly, and 100% FQC (Final Quality Control) inspection before shipping. Our facility is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified, and we maintain BSCI Grade B ethical standards.

What payment terms do you offer?

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipping. For established clients, we offer more flexible terms including Net 30 or Net 60 options. We accept payment via T/T (wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and major credit cards for smaller orders.
